Shipping & Returns

We offer free standard shipping and handling on orders to the contiguous United States and ship via FedEx, USPS, and UPS.

Returns

When you receive your order and are not satisfied or it has been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately or within 3 days of receiving your order. Let us know what the problem is. Send the product back to us and we will send you a new product or refund your purchase price plus shipping costs. The customer will receive a confirmation of order e-mail. If the item is in stock we will ship within 2 days. If the item is not in stock, please allow 2 weeks for both construction and delivery. Contact us for any special timing. When the item is shipped, the customer will receive an e-mail stating that the order has been shipped.
