Shipping & Returns

Our shipping and handling rates are based on the merchandise value of your order. This fee covers all regular postage charges for your order regardless of how many packages it is shipped in. We ship via FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Our shipping and handling charge on orders to the contiguous United States are as follows:



  • $0.00 to $75.00: $25.00
  • $76.00 to $150.00: $35.00

  • $150.00 and up: $40.00



Returns

When you receive your order and are not satisfied or it has been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately or within 3 days of receiving your order. Let us know what the problem is. Send the product back to us and we will send you a new product or refund your purchase price plus shipping costs.

The customer will receive a confirmation of order e-mail. If item is in stock we will ship within 2 days. If item is not in stock please allow 2 weeks for both construction and delivery. Contact us for any special timing. When item is shipped the customer will receive an e-mail stating the order has been shipped.
